Eagle County “Good Deeds” Program. This new program through the Eagle County Housing & Development Authority was designed to help keep more affordable housing in the Valley. New homebuyers can get between 5-15% of the purchase price paid for by Eagle County in exchange for recording either a Resident Occupied or Price Capped Deed Restriction against the property.
